Pharmacy Direct are useless

Useless! Absolutely useless. After numerous problems with them including a chronic meds (insulin, hypertension/blood pressure!!) delivery that was 6 days late where I did not have medication for 2 days, I cancel their so called services. Email sent, call centre called to be sure the message goes through. Today a claim is processed via Medical Aid. So due to their usual bungling matters and absolute incompetence, I spend hours of my time sorting their mess out. Please, lose my number, I want you out of my life Pharmacy Direct!!
