Pharmacy direct and their poor service

Bonitas is the worst medical aid,I am quite fed up of complaining about the service I receive from them and I am so looking forward to getting rid of them end of this year.Their service provider who we are forced to use,pharmacy direct is a perfect fit for them as they also give poor service,I received my first order I made a payment and provided a reference number now 3 months later they said they did not receive payment and holding my medication back even though I made payment I requested an email address to forward proof of payment to and they did not provide,they also have changed my Glucophage and giving me a generic that does not agree to me,I call Bonitas and they confirmed that Glucophage was approved and not generic I ask Bonitas to assist they not interested,I call pharmacy direct and they say no manager present,that is why these people do as they please now I must beg for my own meds from Bonitas for assistance.Please stay away from Bonitas they are pathetic and poor service you will regret it if you join Pharmacy direct is pathethic
