Pharmacy direct and bonitas collude

Bonitas almost forces us to use this useless service provider in order to avoid certain copayments. For a year now they send my meds in batches or forgets to send mine or the spouse. I need to then send emails as they don't answer the phones. I loved using my local pharmacy for 15 years with no incidents. There must be a probe against pharmacy direct having the monopoly to deliver medication. Due to covid I hate deliveries every week...Why can't they send everything at once. Maybe they "eating money" by more deliveries
