Pharmacy Direct and Bonitas by extension are providing a terrible service related to my much needed chronic medication

They are absolutely the worse to use for chronic medication. I truly cannot understand by extension why Bonitas insist on using them as a provider as their reviews and service remain teriible. They never deliver your medication on time - and that is whether they deliver it at all, even after you calling them several times. I have type 1 diabetes and their non delivery of my insulin has literally meant that I was hospitalised at the beginning of February in ICU. It is now the end of another month and I have still not received my medication. Because of them Bonitas will now not pay for the medication I require from another pharmacy and I will once again have to cough up hundreds of rands to pay for this medication, which is literally a life and death situation. Whats the point then of having medical aid.
