Pharmacy Direct: An abomination to mental health care users

I have honestly never been subjected to such apathy and incompetence as I have with this company. I have a severe mental illness with psychosis. The first month, Pharmacy Direct did not deliver at all and I had to go to Dischem to get my medication, paying a 40% levy on a R4000-odd script because that is what Bonitas does when Pharmacy Direct is not used. The second month my medication was a week late and I had started exhibiting significant symptoms. Missing from the package was a drug called Cloment- medicine for severe psychosis. I did not receive these tablets for two and a half weeks, during which time I became incredibly ill. I called Pharmacy Direct probably 20-30 times and had our Human Resources and a broker intervene but the delay continued. Once I had received it, I could not go back onto the full dose immediately because of the break in taking it and so the symptoms still did not abate for a further week and a half. This month I received a text from Pharmacy Direct saying that they would deliver early. It is a week since I was meant to get this medication and I still have not received it and have started to show significant symptoms again. It would seem there is no respite from this company's level of unprofessionalism. They are dealing with people's lives here. What if the symptoms take over and I do something reckless? What then??
