Pharmacy direct. Disgusting service

I am very disappointed with pharmacy direct! They never get back to a person they never resolve an issue and they just do as they please with what medication they would like to send you. If I pay for a service I expect that any changes should be by my Consent. They are not worth being part of. They never send my medication correct and never phone me back as they promise. Why are they the only pharmacy that Bonita's support. Is this not in contest with the competition rules. or price fixing. They don't check or order the chronic medicine 3 of 6 2 missing items queried they send 4 of six and will come back but they never do.
