PHARMACT DIRECT - MISERABLY INADEQUATE VERY LOW STANDARDS

No star in actual fact from me. They are the most ***********, pathetic service provider I have ever dealt with. Chronic medication is required by people to live and yet at Pharmacy Direct they believe that they can deliver it where and when it suits them. There customer services are utterly disgusting and considering that they deal with people and their heath that is frightening . How they have become a designated service provider with Bonitas brings to question the standard of actual care of their members that goes into that decision making. Pharmacy direct are reckless, unskillful, unprofessional service providers and by the reviews on Hello Peter they could care less. Because of them I would choose to leave Bonitas medical scheme cause it would seem that they don't have there members best interests at heart. NOT CARING NOT RELIABLE NOT AFFORDABLE, it's all lies.
