Persisting Annoyance
Attention Pharmacy Direct. I'd like to to bring this to your attention. I'm tired of receiving messages from you. I'm no longer a member of Bonitas medical aid to due to the poor service offered by pharmacy direct. It's between the medical aid and the pharmacy to sort it. I never offered the service and pharmacy direct could never render the service consistently, so I'm not liable for any outstanding amounts. Please refrain from sending me messages. It's not my fault medication was sent if I'm no longer an member. Hope this email reaches someone who can kindly remove my profile from there system.

Thank you for taking our call and providing additional details in order to resolve the matter.
As discussed , the messages requesting payment for an outstanding account was due to treatment supp**** however your membership with Bonitas was no longer active to claim the treatment on the due date.
Pharmacy Direct has confirms that the amount outstanding has been written off and that your account has been closed .
