Pathetic service on chronic medication

Chronic medication cancelled without any notice or update. Due to numerous call to rude call centre agents they are unable to give me proper feedback on my requests a waist my time. I have send a mail to pharmacy direct to provide me with detailed invoice regarding my outstanding funds on the 23 August 2023. I have send all information to Lorraine and until toady no feedback or update, but the chronic medication is cancelled due to no payment but a payment were made for the medication that was send with the invoice on the 18 September 2023.
