Pathetic service!!!! no star

If i could give a zero rating i would. The most pathetic company dealt with in my life. Wrong meds, no meds received, delayed meds. Oh and calling them, you get transfered from department to department; no one knows what is going on. I have lost my cool so many times; believe me i have tried to remain calm, but ones patience is tested.

The understanding of chronic medication is something that is not understood. I asked them to forget i exist, we are meant to use them because its a prefered supplier for our medical aid. this is the second time i am using them. A few years ago i used them for a few months, reason i decided not to is because of the same issue. then i though ok may just maybe; never never ever will i use Pharmacy direct again.
