Pathetic Service Levels

I have had nothing but pathetic service from Pharmacy Direct over the last few years. Why does Bonitas insist on us using them when they have such terrible service levels? I am waiting for over 2 months for my medication and even after numerous calls they still have nor delivered my medication. This is even after I gave them an updated script. It seems we as patients are administrators for them as they are totally inefficient. I do not understand why we must get our meds from them when we had no issue with our local pharmacy. This seems to be run like a mafia organization where we have no say as Bonitas turns a deaf ear on this. Pharmacy Direct you such at service to the community.
