Pathetic Service & Lack of Delivery

Pharmacy Direct is PATHETIC with their delivery with Chronic Medication. Your company values state "Caring, reliable and affordable." Reliable & caring does NOT exist!!! Their staff and managers are unhelpful! People with Chronic illnesses wait weeks for their medication causing a further DECLINE in their health. Yet they are quick to claim funds from the medical aid scheme when people didn't even receive their medication!!!
