pathetic service, i cannot ebleiev this happens ever month

Another month goes by and no chronic medication. I cannot get hold of the pharmacist, i called 2 weeks ago and updated the script and i still see that they uploaded the wrong script to Bonitas, who is off no help either. I am having issues every single month with Pharmacy direct. Can someone please contact me.
