Pathetic service from Pharmacy Direct. Non- delivery of medication

Pharmacy Direct has not delivered my medication since I have submitted the prescription almost 2 weeks ago. I have been calling, e-mailing, Whatsapp chatting and every single time I was promised that it will be delivered urgently.

On Friday a driver apparently arrived and tried to call me. My phone shows no calls received for delivery on that day.

Yesterday delivery was promised. Today again. The medication is for uncontrolled diabetes, not the common cold and it looks like I must first be admitted to hospital before they respond. With any other pharmacy, I would have received my medication immediately on the day I have submitted the script.

Really unacceptable, pathetic service. I cannot fathom why any self-respecting medical aid would force such a poor service provider on their clients, so shame on you too, Bonitas Medical Aid.
