Pathetic service from Pharmacy Direct

Absolutely shocking service!!!!! 19 days to get chronic medication delivered!!!! Not a single person at this company was prepared to look into my calls or my emails. I find it pathetic that this company is a preferred supplier of medication. Bonitas - you are as much at fault for insisting that chronic medication is supp**** by this company. Members should be able to get their medication at their pharmacy of choice. Definately NOT through Pharmacy Direct.
