Pathetic service from Pharmacy Direct

Worst service imaginable. Make promises and give delivery dates for chronic medications only to find out that medication has not even been suspended. We NEVER get notification of when delivery will take place. Courier just pitches up and hands medication to whoever might be available in the complex. We have requested a call on the morning of delivery or a missed call at the complex gate. This never happens. WE CANNOT PLAN OUR LIVES AROUND PHARMACY DIRECT. ABSOLUTELY USELESS
