Pathetic Service

I have been waiting for my husband's EPILEPSY medicine since 30 August 2025. Received an SMS on 3 September 2025 stating that it would be delivered on that day. Still waiting, phoned every day, and they promised every time that it would be delivered that day, but still no medicine.

I had to buy some cash from a pharmacy to pretend that he had a seizure.

I am fed up and want my medicine delivered today. I have never seen such pathetic service in my life. do not care about the patients
