Pathetic Service

I sent through an ADDITIONAL script for Tegritol 200mg to them. It should not have REPLACED the current valid script of 400mg Tegritol.

Yesterday they only sent me the 200mg, but no 400mg (120 tablets) that my husband urgently needs to prevent his epilepsy.

I phoned this morning at 08:00 to correct the mistake and was promised that a pharmacist would call me. It is now 13:15 and nobody has called me back.

I need the medicine urgently and have given up on calling and begging for assistance.
