PATHETIC SERVICE

So i have been calling since last week requesting for my daughters medication to be delivered, they delivered late. I was at my parents place and advised them that if the medication is not delivered by Thursday then they should deliver the medication at Centurion as i urgently had to leave fro Centurion with my daughter. I then called again and advised them that I am still waiting for the medication and i was advised it will be delivered sometime this week, I called yesterday same thing - I even confirmed my current address. I called today as they have still not delivered. I requested to speak to the manager -the manager called me back and assured me i will get me delivery today as tomorrow is good Friday - a couple of minutes ago i got an sms advising that they cant deliver to my address -what ******* is this? This is such a disgrace, im disgusted by the service i have received from you
