Pathetic service !!!!!!!

I just checked my medication that has been delivered and yet my contraceptives are not on the box I am left with 4 tablets and tried calling no reply and the WhatsApp chat box is quite pathetic it is poorly managed as nothing happens after I’ve sent my 13 digit identity number, I don’t know how many times I’ve called your pathetic contact center that I need all of my medication to be delivered at once as all my scripts are in one profile, I need this medication delivered ASAP I am tired of this pharmacy I have no idea why Bonitas chose them as it quite clear they are unable to manage their work load I am really angry
