Pathetic Service

Today, I was compelled to write the mail below to this useless company: Good day, I am not sure why your address starts with care. Judging by my experience your anything but caring. I mailed you a script on July 25 for the delivery of medicine which I still have not received. On August 2, you sent an sms stating that the medicine had been dispatched, to which I responded on the 6th that I still had not received it. By Thursday the 8th I had to contact Bonitas to inquire what was happening. They eventually put me through to your company where I was promised that I would receive my order by 15.00. A second call to Bonitas resulted in another promise, viz. that the medicine would be delivered before close of business. Two promises made and both not honoured. By then I had run out of one medication and rush to Dischem to get replacement. Just imagine of someone’s life depends on your service. You might **** that person because of incompetence.

I have copied my financial advisor at Bonitas, will publish this mail on FB and forward it to Hello Peter.com.

Even though you have a FB page, it does not appear that you are consulting it, otherwise would have realised that I am not the only one calling your service pathetic.
