Pathetic service!

Absolutely pathetic service, for weeks I've been trying to get my dependants' chronic medication sorted out, the prescription was sent to them in February and but they never seem to get it right! Everytime i call the consultants state that the medication is dispatched or going to be dispatched, but nothing gets delivered! Ive requested for the pharmacist to call me directly and no response has been received.
