Pathetic PHARMACY DIRECT

Pathetic service and delivery. I am on Chronic medication. And last month I ran out. And ended up sick. Was promised it will be delivered on time but was never. Spoke to the manager and then only it was delivered. This month same story. Said it will be dispatched on Wednesday. Whe ln I called on Wednesday 7th September said it was not approved. I only have 4 tablets left. Tried calling now there's a technical problem. It's our lives that are stake but Pharmacy direct has no CARE. Let this happen to their family they will realize what the feeling is. Husband spoke to the manager she said it will be sorted. So it means every month we will have to waste our airtime to make sure we get it on time to speak to the manager. Something needs to be done. frustrating as The seniors don't seem to be doing anything about it
