Pathetic Direct: Giving South Africans major hassles in receiving chronic medication.
Pathetic pharmacy. They claimed and received payment for my chronic medication on 6 December 2023, yet to date I have not received my medication and I have run out of insulin. I will also report them to SAPC. Unfortunately we forced to use them because of Bonitas who are also don't recommend seeing that they use such inferior service providers.
