Pathetic ***********

This is not the the first negative review about this pharmacy that I have written. Long story short... My child's meds finish tomorrow and they still have not delivered her meds. I have called them and spoken to a Tebogo on Monday 12th who said it would be here on time. Sent two emails to which I have received no response. I tried the WhatsApp line but you can never get through to an agent. I have tried several times but have to wait for the agent. Phone goes into standby and when you go back in the agent has disappeared or I get the following message. Please note we are currently experiencing high volumes. Please be patient one of our agents will contact you soon. Else you may phone us on ***. I'm fedup of their errors and having to be worried all the time about their delivery. I resent Bonitas medical aid for forcing us to use this pathetic pharmacy with *********** people
