Pathethic Service and no customer feedback
Pathetic customer service. You delivered half a month supply medication although my medical aid paid you for a full month supply. You agents cannot help, and I am waiting for you pharmacists call since 8:20 this morning. You also ignore my email sent to your office. Same issue previous month where you delivered short medication.
