Not user friendly systems

After several attempts to log into the website and contacting several times to assist me to do so, I still can't do it, I would like to view the order they are about to send me first and don't just want to receive a payment link. I find it very difficult to communicate with them and the systems they have in place are not working, if some one can contact me please
