Not to be trusted
The claim that they care and they are reliable, they delivered 25x2 of strips for my daughter who is 10 years old and the doctor has prescribed 7 or 10 boxes of strips if I'm not mistaken, and in the box there are 50 strips, I told them last week up until today , no delivery of the outstanding items, I'm so annoyed

We confirm that a manager has been in contact with you to assist you with your complaint that has been raised. The following feedback can be provided as explained to you.
The prescription we received only had 50 strips prescribed on a monthly basis and not the amount you require . The pharmacy will be sending you the balance as per your request , however we do require an updated prescription with the correct quantity to be forwarded to Pharmacy Direct. Please follow up with your prescribing physician for the updated prescription .
