not receiving medication

On 25/02/2015 I payed the money they say I am due, on 16/03/2015 when I phoned about the medication I was told that it will be handled as urgent, on 18/03/2015 I was told that it will be delivered on 19/03/2015.I got a call from the courier on 19/03/2015 to say they do not cover my area with deliveries and if I call Pharmacy Direct they all got different story.
