Not happy at all

I have never seen such a bad service my medication is finished they can only deliver on tuesday and their driver is struggling to deliver at my house i only get 1month supply cant they count and claim was aknowledged by medical aid on the 4th August what is going with this company???im not happy please calculate meds properly and get courier who can deliver anywhere anytime please give 3month supply
