Not a satisfied customer

How can they withhold medication that is prescribed as chronic heart medication after my wife had 2 serious heart attacks this year and the reason being that I cannot make a large co payment all because the medication you provide is either too expensive or you are claiming it wrongly. We are pensioners that only receive a Sassa grant and due to incompetence in our country we cannot rely on state hospitals therefore my full grant goes towards my medical contribution and I do not have money for these ridiculous co payments of yours. We cannot go without our chronic medication and now that is all stopped because I owe you R700 according to your records. I receive PMB benefits from my medical aid and now that my wife is also ill you refuse to give us our medication, that’s not right
