Nonsense of a company

Been working with them for over 6 months without issues. When I recently sent them my new prescription suddenly they are unable to deliver to my address. Whenever I call in to check what is going on they tell me a different excuse. They claimed from my medical aid but never delivered. Till today, since September there hasn't been a resolution. The managers won't help you either.
