None Delivery of medication

I have been waiting for medication from pharmacy direct for 5 days and they cannot give me an answer as to why they have not delivered; my problem is I am suppose to receive this medication every month; where do i get the assurance that they will deliver on time next month while they have failed me the first time. I then called Bonitas my medical aid to find out how do I ensure I receive medicine on time they too cannot answer. I received a message from Pharmacy direct on the 1st saying your medicine will be delivered in 1 working day; 4 working days later its not delivered. I am now wondering what happens to those who are in the outskirts of the city how long does it take to receive their medicine
