Non-Existing Service.
Over eight weeks ago I emailed a proscription for chronic medication to this company. Till today I have not received a single item. Despite many mails, I have not received a single reply. I received a sms indicating that the medicine would be dispatched within 24h, but nothing. I once got a call telling me that despite 3 calls the delivery company could not reach me, yet I had NO missed calls on my phone. I even provided them with an alternative number. I could actually report them for ***** since they have charged my medical aid already twice without doing any deliveries.

11 May 2020, 10:59It appears that they called me from a "normal" cell phone. When I called that number back, an automatic voice told me to call the call centre, which I refused. I am not prepared to hang on for minutes being told that my call is important, which they have proven to be untrue.
