Non delivery of Life sustaining diabetic medication

<p>My husband last received insulin and test strips on 28 February. I sent a new script on 7 March, pharmacy Direct put through a claim to Bonitas on 26 March. Bonitas paid this claim in full. I called the pharmacy on 6 April querying non delivery, consultant informed my husband's diabetic medication would be delivered by today, 11 April, but this has not been done! How can a pharmacy claim they have dispensed medicine but 17 days later we have still not received this life sustaining medication! Please explain!</p>
