Non-delivery of life-preserving medication AGAIN

Yet again my mother has run out of her life-saving medication with no word from Pharmacy Direct. This is a regular occurrence and requires e-mails, phone calls, threats, negotiations and finally my mom's medication is delivered. I have seldom come across such poor service - especially considering that if my mother misses her medication, it can be detrimental to her health. As usual, someone will contact us and we will eventually have the medication delivered. I just wonder why we have to go to these lengths every single month. Pathetic.
