Non-delivery of Chronic Medicine
After having some issues with Clicks when I went to collect my chronic medicine on the 2019/06/02, I decided to give Pharmacy Direct a try to see if it might be more convenient for me. I have realized I have made a mistake today in entrusting Pharmacy Direct with my chronic medicine.
On 2019/06/11, I uploaded my chronic medicine script on the website for delivery today, 2019/06/28.
I noticed that Pharmacy Direct struggled to process a claim successfully, and asked them to try on the 2019/06/26 or 2019/06/27, as I know that is when it should be successful and since I live in a town that is a main center I thought it would not be a problem to deliver on the date stated, 2019/06/28. The claim was processed successfully yesterday, 2019/06/27. I thought it the medicine would be dispatched yesterday, but I received no sms. I emailed them today to confirm whether delivery will be made today as requested, and I received a reply that it will only be delivered sometime next week, which is obviously far too late then. I have requested for them to cancel the whole script as I do not wish to continue doing any business with them and that they should reverse the claim in order for me to collect the medicine at Clicks tomorrow instead. Up until now the claim has not been reversed yet and I will thus not be able to collect from Clicks tomorrow. Kindly ensure that the claim gets reversed today still.
I am also not willing to engage in any further communication with you, except an email confirming that the claim has been reversed.

'" Please be advised that I have not received 30 days supply as you have stated above from my local pharmacy, but only 28 days supply which would make the date 2019/07/01 for new collection, ""
The local pharmacy that you obtained medication from 3 June 2019 claimed for a 30 days supply of treatment and not 28 days supply as dispensed to you. Your medical aid can be contacted to verify this information.
Your account has been closed and we will refrain from contacting you further as requested.

Hopefully I will never have to deal with the level of incompetence that was set by you. It is clear that you only highlight certain information that is to the benefit of your image and wish to ignore other facts like the following on my previous replies:
"If your staff member that emailed me a reply about when I can expect delivery told me that delivery will be guaranteed for 2019/07/01, it would not have escalated to the current situation. Instead I was given a very vague "latest next week". When next week? Perhaps you should train your staff to give better comprehensive feedback to your clients."
"Also, the medicine was claimed on 2019/06/27, why was it not dispatched the same day? Why wait a full day before you dispatch medicine. The claim was processed very early yesterday morning. There is absolutely no excuse why it could not be dispatched yesterday already."
Regards.

Previously I was on Monte-Air which comes in packs of 28, and not 30 like the Topraz. I was not aware that the Topraz was a pack of 30, until I had a good look at the bottle now.
You would in most probability also assume that the Topraz would come in 28 day packs if you are not used to it.
