No urgency on chronic medication

Dealing with pharmacy direct has vecame night mare,no accountability yet they are dealing with chronic medications.im just so dissappointed with the service im geting from they may be its because they dont have competion.how do they change medicatio on the script without consulting you to check if what they have is write for you.whats the point of getting a script if they will just chnge nd give what is suitable for them.tjis is disgusting as they dont care if you default on your medication.im stuck with the medication that gives aftereffects because they dont care.
