No Service Whatsoever

Its been a constant battle to get my chronic mediaction. I am diabetic and therefor need insulin, i have high blood pressure and need my mediaction on time, i use sleeping tablets and for a minimum of 5 days a month i cannot sleep because i do not have my medication. Every month i am without insulin for a minimum of 5 days, no pharmacy wants to sell insulin or blood pressure medicine to me. I have to phone every month without getting anywhere. I speak to the pharmacy, to the consultants and even the manager but nothing seems to make a difference. Unfortunately my medical aid forces me to make use of Pharmacy Direct.
