NO service or delivery of life important medication

<p>I have been with Pharmacy Direct for four months now. I though that I have finally found a decent service to get my monthly medication and the hassle of retail pharmacies were over. </p> <p>Pharmacy Direct were supposed to deliver my medication on Thursday, 4 May 2017, as they do not deliver on Fridays. No one answered their phones at the call center and nobody even bothered to reply to my urgent email. I have to take medication for my extremely high cholesterol and I haven't taken that specific medication for four days. That is a hazard to my health! This situation needs to be sorted TODAY, I need my medication!! Bad, bad, BAD service!!!!</p>
