No sense of urgency

Good day

Yet again, I was admitted in hospital, sent my prescription through to pharmacy direct on the 3rd May for my chronic medication. I am still waiting. Their whatsapp is pretty much useless cause they answer whenever they feel like. When you call no one gives you a straight answer.

Does this service provider understand the need for chronic medication. Can my meds be delivered as soon as possible. I cannot wait an entire month for medication when I was told that their turn around time is 10 days.

I have to be sick again before I get my meds. It's really not fair.

Good day

Pharmacy direct usually sends the meds and I pay the copayment later. At this point I still don't have medication and I am out. On the 25th March I paid R975, so I am actually surprised when you say I have an outstanding balance.
The copayment is paid after I have received the meds. Please can someone deliver my meds today.
