No mefication

I was in hospital and only received half of my medication I paid for. When I got discharged the end of Dec I tried to find out why my megicine was split up as it was paid for. I had a big credit with them. Last Monday I ordered medication as an urgent delivery and ask for my credits to be paid back. I have received 2 sms to tell me my medicine is on its way, but tomorrow is Sunday and still nothing. We have no choice but to use Them as I belong to Bonitas. ***. I am at my wits end, no megicine and also no credits to be able to buy at other pharmacies. I have been in hospital for nearly a year. This is the worst service I have experienced. Can someone senior please contact me.
