no delivery for chronic medication and your phones dont work

I am writing on behalf of my mother who is a pensioner and 60 years of age. her profile number is 680210. she has been going to the pharmacy and apparently for the past weeks she has been unable to receive her chronic medication.everyday she goes they keep referring her to the come back the next day. it has been weeks now and she cant miss her chronic medication. Despite her being a pensioner she always pays her medical aid the least you can do is provide her with explanation as to the delay. Now recently she has been paying cash and as we both know chronic medication is expensive. Please do help her is is a 60 year old pensioner cant afford to pay even more as time goes. your phone lines dont work there is simply no customer care. I have just learned that the medical aid Bonitas has already paid from their side. Please help my mother ASAP as she needs her medication urgently delivered.
