No delivery
I received an sms on 17/04/2019 at 15:12 that I would receive my chronic medication witjin 24 hours. More than 24 hours later and I still didn't receive my medication! Now it' a extra long weekend. And I'm without chronic medication. Is Pharmacy Direct going to pay for my hospital bill? Because that's where I'm going to end up for more than 4 days without my meds!!!!! Beyond pathetic.

We confirm that a Fund Account Manger has been in contact with you and provided you with the following feedback. We refer to your dispensing history to day in order to ascertain your medication at hand.
The dispensing history confirms that you should have sufficient medication up to 5 May 2019. Your new updated prescription was received 12 April, processed 16 April and delivery will be done today. We can also confirm that your strips has been increased from your previous total prescribed. The Fund Account Manager will be in contact again to day confirm receipt of your parcel.
