NO customer service for Chronic Medication - Customer tells them where to buy stock!

Chronic medication seems to be a failing in this company, every month we need to fight to get Stavelo for the two years. The buyers clearly do not know what their customer's needs are, and never have sufficient stock. After a lot of phone calls ( many dropped) you may get someone who says they will assist but after another couple of calls do we finally get a response after we as the customer tell them where they can get the stock required!!!!!
