I sent through new script from my doctor, when will I receive medication

11 Feb 2021, 16:45That's not true the case is not resolved I still haven't received my Chronic medication.
Doctor changed my medication and I forwarded you the script but the person who called me told me you have delivered 2 month supply of medication which the doctor said I must discontinue immediately. Now I'm in a limbo as I can't take the meds you delivered and you are not willing to give me. The new medication.
Honestly I think this Pharmacy Direct I need to change it because month to month there is a problem.

Please be advised that two months supply of chronic medication has been delivered 15/01/2021. 60 day supply should finish 15/03/2021. A new prescription was received 06/02/2021, the standard processing time for a new prescription is 5-7 working days. The medication has been dispatched 12/02/2021. Delivery should take place within 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
