Negligent

<p>pharmacy direct is very unprofessional when they need a need script they don't inform the patients they just stop sending medication and we are talking about chronic medication here. After I realized they were not sending the medication I called them to find out what is the matter the lady who assisted me just went mum I said "hello" her response was I'm still checking what could be the problem I said ok then she went on to say we need a new script and I said but why was I not informed of the matter she had no explanation she just said go to your doctor and get a new script. The communication is so pathetic, I'm not happy at all.</p>
