Negligence in delivering chronic medication.

This courier company designated by Bonitas is Hell!!! We deal with a lot of patients getting medication from them.They play with people's lives,they don't care if patients live or die . How can a patient go without,their chronic medication? I suggest that Bonitas medical aid change their delivery services and get an alternative . If you get medication at your closest pharmacy you get this huge co-payment. This patient who didn't mind me mentioning his name (Mr Edwards) was so upset and still is. He had to waste his time to sit and send emails and waste phone calls everyday trying to get his chronic medication.while they lie. Pharmacy direct should have professionals dealing with patients. You can put any ****, Tom and Harry to handle patients lives. I demand apology to this patient, and better service to all .
