Neglecting of clients

No client service, you're providers of medice and chronic medicine as prescribed by a Medical doctor. You feel nothing for the health of your clients. I submitted a script a month ago for delivery. I made contact with you to send the medicine and you confirmed that it will be dispatched urgently. Needless to say your to busy to attend to clients on all platforms and I still havened received my medicine.
