My experience has been completely satisfactorily, especially after discovering Fatima who works for Pharmacy Direct, who provides me with her personal and keen help at ALL times!! My experience with Pharmacy Direct has been good satisfaction except for when my medication was not delivered for two months, at the end of the year. This may have been as a result of your personnel being on year-end leave, BUT, it proved dangerous for me as I NEED delivery of my medication every month jn order to survive..! I think research by Fatima once made me understand that Pharmacy Direct had requested assistance from a DELIVERY company when this occurred and was not delivering my medication themselves, so they were relying kn the contract delivery company for the necessary delivery, but the driver of that contractually delivery vehicle had claimed that medication probably for HIMSELF and did not deliver it to me for two months! This was when I discovered the excellence of Fatima's help who immediately made sure that I immediately received my medication from your personal Pharmacy Direct driver.
